I am not entirely familiar with the terminology you are using regarding the water energy measurements but I think I understand what you are talking about when you speak of the 'vortex within a vortex' and harmonic coherence. This reminds me very much of the work done by a man named Dan Winter.

Mr. Winter talks about life force being enhanced by virtue of harmonic energy being used recursively in sort of a feedback network on itself. He calls this an 'implosive coherent field'. It is interesting to see the geometry he uses to illustrate this point. His work is a dramatic extension of the work done by Stan Tenen and I think it goes a long way in explaining various facets of life force.
