OKKKK, flushing to get out of pain, this I understand, BUT:

The congestion MUST mover down in order to be moved out.  So patience is a vertue here.

Starting out, I had like 48 good hours after a flush, then WHAM, it was as bad as it had every been ... that was because more had moved down and had my bile backing up and my liver swelling yet again!!  Frustrating ain't it??????

As, I kept at a regular schedule, I could tell when the 48 hours started moving to longer periods, that was a relief!!!!!!

I tried flushing every 2 weeks for a period, but it washed me out too much ... I felt like a limp dish rag as I dragged my butt through my days.  It only took a short while to go back to 4 weeks!!

Managing the pain and staying functional was tantamount for me ... I'm not only singe, I support my 77 year old mama.

I've probably told you this before, I'll tell it again:

lemon water probably kept me sane.  I KEPT a mug of warm water with 1/2 a lemon squeezed in it at my elbo almost constantly for months and months.  It HELPED ALOT!  As flush time approached and the pain worsened, especially in the evenings for some reason, I would sometimes add avc and sweeten with stevia.  If that wasn't working, I'd go add just a pinch of es.  There were sometimes that for 26 days out of 4 weeks that I drank more lemon water than I ate food.  I guess I was fasting ... MH states that when you're sick, stop eating, eh?  I wasn't doing it so I was listening to MH, I was doing it so I could tolerate breathing!!!!!
