It looks like I may need to try this as my liver had a hard time processing the OOO the other day.

Have you also tried the Clark liver flush?

I have been taking Barefoot's LBB for a few months now. It is one of the best investments I have made for my health. My transit time has improved tremendously, and so has my energy. I never knew how closely good bowel function and vitality are linked until I tried this blend.
