Hi do5e
You may find this interesting:

Or just google cancer and olive leaf extract, which is oleuropein and should be 18% or higher with the rest of the ingredients being olive leaf powder in tablet or capsule form. it smells sort of pleasantly fruity and has a mild taste. Never use an oliive leaf extract that has any alcohol content, as it does not need a preservative.
As for the RLS, I suspect it could be caused by degenerative disc disease (which would also cause neck problems) in the lower back, when there is no more disc left, the person is left with bone on bone and scar tussue from severe arthritis. It can easily cause deep leg pain from the pressure on the nerves anywhere from L7 down to S1, this will cause deep leg pain a lot of people will call RLS. At this point, they may suggest a pain mannagement doctor to relieve the pressure causing pain running down the leg, if that is the case, there is no way she can keep her leg from twitching from all that pain.
An MRI of the lower back would show the problem, but they would have to use heavy sedation to keep her body from moving and messing up the MRI.
Since you state the whole left side of her body has numbness, the tumor must be putting pressure on the right side of the brain, The right hemisphere controls the muscles on the left side of the body.
