I would guess the white stuff is candida. I did a flush last night and always follow them with a series of colonics. I call them colonics, because it is much more than an enema, but not done professionally. I find emptying the bowels 4x to be the magic number for me. Also, this time I used a massager on my liver and abdomen for 3 days b4 the flush and after taking the lemon/oil olive mixture and I really believe it helped release some caked up gunk that was hanging out in my liver. It's amazing the crap we get out. Even more amazing that most everyone we see on a daily basis has that same crap in them!
