Hi Fullsun,

Yes it is very likely you will get better results with much more water. The colema system uses 5 gallons per colema, twice a day (so 10 gallons per day). Each one takes about an hour to do, sometimes more or less depending on your colon. The breathing technique sounds very good. I will remember to try it too next time. :)
