I have also heard a lot of positive things about accupuntcure, although I cannot speak from personal experience as I've never had it done. I just had my IUD removed today and accupuncture is definitely something that I will consider having done if I don't feel better after a couple of months.

I have a friend that has had a lot of issues with hormone imbalances and she says that having her feet zoned by a reflexologist helps her more than anything. I don't know too much about it, but she says that it helps the body to balance out. She has actually talked me into having it done tomorrow. I can let you know how it goes. I think it takes a few times to see a difference though.
