Babirye, I guess we've missed each other in the chatroom ... I've even stayed way late waiting on you.

My liver got much better much faster than alot of folks ... Oct 05, I'd say I was dying ... Apr 07 is when I knew I was healing.

Did I do it different?  Probably ... I came up with Plzchuckle's Holistic Lifestyle, the basics for my life:

I drink PURE/distilled water, organic juices, herbal teas only ... 1/2 oz per pound of weight daily.

I eat organics, most of it raw ... I supplement with unrefined, cold-pressed plant oils, 3-5 tablespoons daily.

I do the cleanses ... I do them in common sense order ... I do them THOROUGHLY.

My liver is healing tremendously.  I'm now working on what had been a very sick right kindey and it's making progress this week that is unbelievable!!!!!!
