Ordered the one Leo Galland book available, and the Rosedale diet. They should be in soon.

I'm afraid that the article (above) and all the 'science' behind it is far too much for me...though, at a glance, this article seems to oppose Leo Galland's article (at the top of the first thread posted in this forum), to some degree.

Even when we get the 'diet' lists, we will have to be sure that the fruits and veggies, etc., we buy actually contain the nutrients we hope for.
