I really hope you will give us some feed back here...

What I'd like to know is...What do you do with yourself while you are swishing?? I mean how do you steal 20 minutes from an already mad house morning routine to swish? I'd be afraid to shower - trying to strictly nose breathe in a steamy bathroom - I'd moost likely choke - or swallow the stuff - yet I doubt you are just standing by the sink?

Seriously, Please share your routine with the rest of us. I'm sure I'm not the first one who's wondered about this...
