Have started swishing (well I mainly concentrate on pulling the oil through the gaps of my teeth) with sunflower oil - I love the nutty taste it creates.
Am feeling very positive about it, will help with my candida and freshen the breath, whiten the teeth etc. Its such an easy, fab health technique. At present it isnt taking too long for the oil to thin.....Out nasty toxins!
