Hello

I have been doing some research on cold pressed flax seed oil. I have read that if the flax seed oil is cold pressed then it results in getting only about 70 percent of the actual oil, and when it is heat pressed the amount of the oil that it results in gettin is about 95 percent.

Does anyone know about what temperature is really cold pressed when making flax seed oil? Also does anyone know a place were when you order the flax seed oil they will make sure it is kept cool when they ship it to you?
