the people with aggression in their hearts are fighting something within themselves, a perceived threat, or an incomplete faith

the people with inner peace have acheived peace in their hearts and do not think they have to fight anyone being there is no internal conflict

this woman falls into the second category and she has found inner peace, part of that peace is based in her upbringing and part of it in her choice as an adult- both fit together, harmony is achieved, and inner peace is the result. people who have a problem with that, fall into the first category and need to ask themselves why they are so full of anger
