thanks buddy - that was very helpful. So do you eat more than 2 cloves a day ? Thats a lot of garlic. I have a contact dermatitis on my hands and it seems the garlic causes that to flare up. Not sure why that is perhaps it's because of the heavy metals being cleared from my body and that's how they exit. 2 cloves is a lot. I usually only have 3-4 segments from a clove and I find thats a lot for me. Do you have to force yourself to eat it ? I find I get a lot of gas after garlic perhaps this is to do with the parasites.
