Having food allergies is very common when the digestive system doesn't work the way that it should. Almost all food will stress the body in some way then. I don't recommend flour as I have never seen that work well. Pau d'Arco doesn't kill candida, only suppress it a little. Probiotics won't be able to implant into the digestive walls until the candida has been eliminated. Taking them before that can provide temporary relief as the good bacteria transits through the intestinal tract. Taking excess amounts of trace minerals will move the bowels and help supply minerals that are missing in most foods today.
