Thanks, I got half way on that: I gulped a bit of the apple cider vinigar all by it self. Didn't help. Had a bath with the jacuzzi massaging my back and front of the gb. Didn't help. Pain kept getting worse. I just drank 4 cups of Epsom Salts between last night and today and couldn't bring myself to drink it again tonight, so eventually took 1 endocet. Usually within the hour they help, but it didn't. So I had my daughter step on my back and that provided some momentary relief but as soon as she stopped the pain was still there. Eventually I succummed to another half a pill, and than the other half of that pill another half hour later. 4.5 hours later I am starting to finally feel some relief. I really don't understand why I always get get an attack the day of/after the flush.

Hadenough glad you are feeling better and you problem was resolved and sorry I don't mean to high-jack your thread.
