Hi sugar54,
Your reply: Here are the specifics that you ask,
Regarding bone size I would say medium, I in the past lost a lot of weight, my brother and father died tradgically causing me extreme stress. I have been very underweight, went from a size 8 to a size four and maintained that for several years. Since taking the drink I am up to a size six and have gained considerable muscle mass. I would say I was petite. Medium size fingers in length but broad for my size. My neck is long and thin. My natural hair color is dark blonde but I add highlights to it. Before losing all this weight I always watched my weight. I seem to gain easy. As a young girl I was overweight but maintained a healthy weight until the death of my family. I would say that now my weight is good for my height which is 131 pounds 5 feet four inches. My face is narrow, small.
Kelp has been difficult for me to get lately. There has been a problem with kelp crossing the border and the latest I heard they had to do another shipment which would be sixmonths (That was four months ago, so almost there!) I have found another supplier and all she could tell me is that it was cold water kelp. What is your opinion on spirulina?
Answer: Spirulina is a warm fresh water bluegreen algae, thus it Lacks in the needed Alkaline Minerals, which one may get from Cold Ocean water Kelp !
If you can get both of these Kelps for a small sample, like a one pound each of the powder forms to try to see which may work Best for your body, then use the one which provides you the Best Results:
Kelp: Laminaria digitata, from Iceland
And Rockweed "Norwegian Kelp" Ascophyllum nodosum, also from Iceland
And I have found that this website has them both:
http://www.seaveg.com
And let us know of which works best for you !
Smile Tis your choice.
