Hi all,

I have heard of a few people who use UT that eat a number of cloves of raw garlic with their UT. I haven't read that much in the literature about it I was just hoping to hear a few testimonials about it. I know of it's benefits but I don't know it's link to UT. I usually have it with my veggies but not completely raw just lightly warmed.

I am curious to know of the benefits of large doses of garlic in particular.
