Hi Kolby,

I am a user of the bio-identical hormones (progesterone) and feel great on it. Whenever I quit using it I am in hormone hell again.

Taking the alkalizing drink and the progesterone work really well for me. I believe the natural hormones to be much safer too.

A really good book to read is by Dr. John Lee, What your doctor hasn't told you about menopause.
