My gums have been bleeding,every time i brush my teeth,since i had them cleaned two months ago.After four days of three times a day Oil Pulling all traces of blood are gone.A great reduction of bleeding happened after the first day.I havn't noticed any other benefits yet,except that i feel very peaceful and calm.Of course that could be attributed to all the Magnesium Water i have been drinking lately.
