Hi More;ess,
I am assuming that as I age my levels will be lower. I was thinking that supplying the hormones would help the organs.
I would really prefer not to take anything. But I hear some women taking them and feeling fantastic.
I went through menopause with out even thinking about it. I had no symptoms what so ever.
I hear what you are saying, though. To keep on the healthy path and the organs will take care of the hormones. I guess what I really question is that as I age will I need them? Not because of diet, but becuase of age alone?
