Hey, I have AB- blood, I have stomach problems, I have a tendency to be anemic (however you spell it). I have alot of different health problems. My mom told me about the Blood Type Diet s and I am actally going to check out the book tomarrow. One thing though, I used to give blood all the time for the american red cross. They told me that AB+ is more common than AB-. I can't remember what blood type they said I could mix with, but they did say that it would be a good idea to give blood and store it every few months for myself. I am also on a list to give blood if there is an emergency with someone who needs my type of blood( that is when my iron is not low :))
