used oil is a chemical hazard. you are creating a biohazard. since it is mostly all natural(except for toxic chemicals you have ingested), i would say burying it or dispersing it into the environment for breakdown by the elements would suffice. but once you store it and let it sit long enough to accumulate gallon, you are going to have a potential weapon of mass repulsion if nothing else!!!
