Thank you for responding.

Since my husband has many more health issues than I do, I tend to favour his requirements at this time. Last night we went out for dinner (his choice) Montana's for beef ribs. There were basically 2 items on the menu that were suitable for me (salad or fish) so I chose the fish and substituted the fries for steamed vegetables.

It will be a challenge to follow the Blood Type Diet and will require some coordination and planning on my part.
