Ive just recently got some kefir and wanted to ask a few questions.

I dont think i have all that much kefir, so should i keep repeating the process without drinking it until the kefir grows into enough to do its job properly ?

Also how do you know when its ready to drink, and should u leave it somewhere warm as apposd to somewhere cold ?
