even with the secret formulas, they usually detail the ingredients, don't they?
I believe each formula is a mix of supplements you can find in your local store and experiment with (as I am doing). Nobody discovered a new unknown herb/supplement/vitamin, I believe it's all the same.
Stick to the regulars, monitor your reactions, and experiment.
That's my opinion.
