The lack of understanding todays toxic bodies/environmental impact, from Mercury to Iodine deficiency to biowarfare to biotoxins to whatever.

If the therapy used goes back several hundred or even thousands of years as per TCM and a new factor is added like Mercury in dental fillings the therapy becomes less effective...
