Not true! I'm an AB+, and believe me, there are many of us ABs out there, and we need to unite. I want to say something about people "not needing" AB blood: from what I've heard, a doctor will not usually mix blood types when it comes to a blood transfusion, therefore AB donors are much needed in case another AB needs more blood!
I've been doing the Blood Type Diet for a while now, wtih very positive results. However, it seems like tomatoes do aggravate some sort of pain when I eat them (even though they're listed as neutral). I'd like to know how other ABs are faring on the Blood Type Diet as well. Anything work/not work for you?
