Wow, what a debate!  I thank you all for responding.  I am glad that I have the advantage of such a huge database of knowledge here at CZ.

As for my UT and Iodine, I am going to start my iodine after I finish my UT, which is another three weeks. Blaundyelo, thank you for the inspiring story. Sometimes I wonder why India was so advanced in natural healing and remedies, well China too.

I will keep you posted on how I do.

Wombat, thank you for posting the research part of it. I will follow this as I do not trust my intuition.

The reason my urine is so dark, I think, because I take 500mg Niacin and 6000mg vitamin C every night. Other than that I have all natural foods in my diet, well, sometimes I cheat.
