Oops. Don't worry, I got Sunflower, same as Molly. It should be interesting because I ate like crap today. I kinda did this on purpose to test out the swishing, well that and I like pizza, but the point is I'm going to hit it 3 times for 20 minutes and rotate that with 2 sitzs baths in the morning. YEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAAAWWW!!! I'll tell you how it goes.
