Because that is a very profitable fraud perpetuated on the American public. It is proven that cholesterol does not cause heart attacks. In actuality, cholesterol is used to patch already damaged arteries and capillaries. The pharmaceutical industry makes $Billions off of these products by scaring the public into thinking that they will help. Since the advent of these anti-cholesterol agents, there has not been any reduction in heart attacks or failures as a result to these drugs. Yes, they may reduce cholesterol but it does not have any effect on the death rate.

Better than these is very cheap vitamin B3 (Niacin, not flush free). Also, better is concentrated EPA/DHA fish oil. Even better is SODZyme with Glisodin and Wolfberry (it literally cleans the arteries and capillaries out) but it is not cheap yet.

This is what the FDA does, protect the profits of the pharmaceutical companies. What other reason could there be? It is not harmful, except to pharmaceutical profits.

So your urologist was poorly informed, I will by that but what the ACS provided was chemotherapy or radiation, and definitely they did not give you any good nutritional advice. Even today they do not tell you to avoid sugars which is commonly known worldwide to feed cancer. Look back at the old ACS literature and read exactly how negative they were when they discussed nutrition and alternatives.

Why is it that Cancer Treatment Centers of America and other therapy centers are successful in saving lives of people who have been told to go home and die by standard cancer centers? Why do Budwig, Gerson, and other therapies work when standard chemo and radiation fail?

I am glad that you survived your cancer and that you are well. I am also glad that the ACS knew more than your urologist, but that does not mean that their stance on nutritional and alternative therapies is right. The ACS is costing many lives due to their unbased negative propaganda. They are the most harmful cancer organization in existance.

I do agree with you on the diabetic issue.
