I take antifungals, in p&b shakes, rotate them, also, turmeric, garlic, omega 3& 6, follow a strict candida diet.. caprylic acid, coconut oil..but I feel like the candida grows faster than I can kill it.

I still have some leaky gut issues, so cannot tolerate probiotics yet, which I know would help overpower the candida.

I feel like I should give my liver a rest from antifungals (also take things to support my liver and do flushes) but I am afraid if I stop the antifungals, that the candida will grow unchallenged.

Any thoughts?
