it is because i used it and i said i didnt see any difference between it and sunflower oil. in fact, i have used olive oil, corn oil, peanut oil, safflower, sunflower, and maybe some almond oil, and they all work. i used olive oil exclusively at first and it worked big time. corn oil worked good as it was the thickest of them all.

i say go with what the russians say - sunflower. all the sesame i could find was roasted or something, anyway it didnt appeal to me and i never tried it.
