I've heard people say that they don't need as much sleep as they used to , so maybe you should schedule your day/night around that concept! I never go to bed until I am really tired! I also reinforce my urine with a good diet and mineral regime to keep my urine less acidic and more alkaline ,the two concepts of UT and pH balance is the best of both worlds so to speak!
