I had to use olive oil as I just read about this last night and couldn't get any of the other oils. Anyway, swished oo around for 20 minutes and spit it out. Not much to report other than it was darker and creamier than when it went in. Maybe I'm disappointed after my sitz bath experience the other day : ) Well, off to get some safflower oil.
