I'll leave that up to smarter people than me.
I chose not to be a mod because I do not feel
qualified to make those kinds of choices.

Still, it is obvious that there are abusers
and in my distant past when I used to frequent
the undernet a lot, I saw boards be decimated
by people whose objectives were not conducive
to any degree of being a "part of" but rather
to divide and conquer. I do think there is a
more focused desire to encourage discussion
that supports the goals of Curezone and from
my point of view sitting on the other side of
a screen, anything that will help the moderators
do their job, hopefully with integrity, I see
as helpful. I probably tend to be more trusting
so when you seem to infer that people in positions
of *power* would reverse engineer something, I
can only assume that would be a bad thing, but
only because they have become a rogue moderator?

I assume Spirit can pull something out of his
hat to help the situation. I have more of an
appreciation of the problem moreso of the remedy
at this point...like I said, I am probably not
smart enough to know an ISP from an IST. I
can take it or leave it. If the situation is
one I am not willing to tolerate, I will go
elsewhere...I have found what I came looking
for when I came to the Curezone, and stay on
to pay-it-forward in effect and help others
when I can and to keep learning myself as new
ideas come up which interest me.
