I started UT 5 weeks ago trying to cure my insomnia. It somewhat improves a little bit, but it seems up and down every 5-7 days. My major problem now is to get up to urinate at night which interrupt my sleep and sometimes I can't go back to sleep.

Does anybody experience the up and down (some good nights and then a bad night etc.)?

I have to say I eat fairly well and heathy.
