There should be very little tolerance for game-playing here. People come to seriously learn about their health, and pranksters detract from quality, by repulsing good people, who would otherwise visit more frequently and contribute more.

As it stands, many have left because of this adolesence. I think that by deterring the detractors, one would increase the overall quality and integrity of the site.
