We ALL know the surge is failing, but he is
one of the only who are going to stand up and
say so. Its probably a case of the media hoping
his message will be minimized by his reputation.

I dont believe Bush when he says its NOT~~:)

Trust me, it does not matter what I believe~
relative to surges or surge-protectors!
