Mods can already dispatch whomever they choose. The proposed tool confers no new powers to anyone, only enables mods to make more informed decisions, and can reduce error.

When plagued with bombardment of nonsense by childish posters, if a new poster comes along and writes something off color, innocently, I'd like to have at my disposal a means for determining whether they are the already-existing disruptor or not, so I can make an appropriate decision. It would change the content of my warning email.

I'm out to make it a little harder for cyber terrorists to cause trouble around here,a nd the benefits of such tool far outweigh any perceived downside.

The only ones who have anything to fear from it, are those with intention to terrorize CureZone with their disruptions.

You're either for my suggestion, or you're for the terrorists.
