I did take Iodine for a little bit..i didn't know all the benefits though I'll have to look into it. and take it again.
I made a mistake on my post..i edited it. I was at the pharmacy and i realized the lice stuff i used with the 1% permetherin is called "Nix". That's the one i've been using on my face and I feel like it's killing them. I'm happy with the results from it.
I did like the ZZ creams. I still have them. I have just been trying different things to see if something works faster. I'm impatient to get rid of them.

Yes, I know it's a relief to not feel the mites crawling. I do feel them a little more at night in the dark. ugh. But, at least now i know what the problem is..since no dermatologist was able to diagnose it.
My dog was also treated. the vet diagnosed my dog as having mites. So i guess i have been getting reinfected. They gave my dog some mite treatment. So if you have pets you may want to treat them also.
