common sense tells me that Iodine and UT are contraindicated. one can always engage in responsible self experimentation and report on their findings.

as much good stuff about kidney function and sloping the bed as i have heard and experienced so far, i would do that and not use that first urine. actually, i just wouldnt do it. its better to change diet and lifestyle instead and let nature send the bad stuff out.
