1.) Anyone with a proclivity for dishonest activity on curezone would most certainly figure a way to spoof their ip address -- which is very easy to do. How do you stop that with this so called algorithm?

I don't think this is particularly true, many on here causing problems do it because it is easy to do and they can get away with it.  It is rampant and annoying.

What liberties are you giving up unless you are parading in the guise of many different people in order to mislead others on the forums?  I can't think of how this would affect me in the least, how would it affect you adversely?

I think if there are folks causing problems and pretending to be separate posters in order to disrupt forums they should be outed by the mods.
