My first experience with oil swishing was at the Ask Andreas Forum . The owner's screen name is 'andmor'. He states, very
emphatically, that the oil should not be swished longer than 3-4
minutes. In those few minutes many toxins are released & if the oil
is not spit out, the toxins begin to be reabsorbed. He does say you
can do 3-4 swishings each morning, though, using one tablespoon of
oil each time. With this method, you will eliminate a lot of
toxins & they will go down the toilet, not hang around to cause more
problems.

A few weeks ago, someone posted this new method on Andreas' forum,
asking his opinion & he warned, again, not to keep the oil
in your mouth past 3-4 minutes.

Hope I have not offended anyone. I always appreciate new info.
