The overall protocol outlined in my above message is pretty intense, especially when followed closely.  If you mean specifically Inositol/IP6, the intensive regimen of the product I am familiar with, Cell Forte from Utopia Silver, is one scoop twice a day for one to two month periods.  A good maintenance regimen would be the capsule forms which contain cat's claw and some other good ingredients as well as inositol/IP6 in a lesser amount.

A couple of times a year I do the intensive regimen, just in case, and when I do I mix a tablespoon of oleander extract with a scoop of inositiol dissolved in fruit juice.  I have found that powder dissolves better in pomegranate juice (my favorite anti-oxdidant juice) than any other juice I have tried.
