i have my fillings and i did to many baths and burned my adrenals out.i took bio-chelat and did cleansing to get rid it.if i added charcoal that might of not been rough.i would say if your going to try it with fillings put charcoal and bio-chelat in the bath and only do a foot bath for 15 minutes.i would get them removed first.
