Hi boondoc, You are having much the same results as I have. I started last of Sept and in a month I had the yeast die off, nail improvements, skin clearing dry brown patches i think were blackberry mold, spasms clearing, edema clearing, and breathing improvements. I am continuing to see lymph gland reductions and precancers dropping off. My digestion is continuing to improve, my kidneys and sleep are also improving, Great going thanks for posting. MW
