organic virgin coconut oil is great. I put it in my smoothies and on my skin. Mercola.com has a lot of good info on it as well. It's truly amazing. It's also high in lauric acid which is only found in mothers milk. It's a good fat :) Arent kevins books great! If it wasnt for his books I would still be going to stupid doctors and not educating myself on health!!
