I had measurable results today. They came later in the day, but it's a sign things are correcting.

I had no blood Sugar problem this morning after drinking this. And today my emotions were super high. I felt good most of the day, and feel pretty stable right now.

A feeling I haven't felt in probably 6 years.

I'm going to keep doing this daily.
