This is really life altering information.

I have copied and printed it out so I can over it again and again.

I had looked at the emotional guidance scale before, but didn't really understand how to use it, but now I do. Thank you for that.

I have even ordered the Power vs Force book, it sounds fascinating.

This is the kind of information that can really turn around my whole approach to health.

I only wish that I had more success with EFT. I have tried it in the past, but it doesn't seem to do much for me. I gather I'm not wording things correctly when I use it. I might have to look into Byron Katie's stuff more closely.
